B2B Incentives Rethought: Why a Driving Event at Boxberg Genuinely Wins Over Your Clients

Classic incentives often run up against their limits: too interchangeable, too little emotion, too little lasting effect. This is exactly where a driving experience at one of the most modern proving grounds in Europe comes in.
With the European Speed Club you create a setting in which clients, employees or business partners share a whole day together — intense, emotional and with genuine added value.
A first impression:
A day that connects. An experience that stays.

The most common questions from our B2B clients
Which cars do you drive?
At our Boxberg incentive we deliberately avoid talking about “standard cars”. You drive sports cars with more than 450 hp throughout — cars that are hard to experience in everyday life. They include, among others:
- Porsche 992 models
- Porsche 992.2 GTS
- Porsche GT3
- BMW M2
- Corvette Stingray
A fleet that guarantees emotion — and that is precisely the difference.
How does a day like this actually run?
The day is clearly structured and at the same time built entirely around the experience:
- Arrival at the site around 09:00
- Personal welcome and introduction
- Handover of one of the cars provided
- Start of the driving programme
- Finish at around 16:30
Catering is of course taken care of:
- Lunch
- Snacks during the coffee breaks
- Drinks throughout the day
The aim: maximum seat time with professional support throughout — and no organisational effort for you.
What exercises are included?
Over the course of the day, participants complete five intensive driving modules (each around 60–90 minutes):
- Braking exercises from high speed (wet and dry)
- Racing line training
- Runs on the high-speed oval
- Drift and oversteer modules
- Steering and cornering courses
Every module is built to challenge you as a driver while delivering maximum driving enjoyment at the same time.

Do I drive only one car all day?
No — and that is exactly what makes the difference. The concept is built so that 10 participants share 5 cars. Over the course of the day, every participant rotates through the cars and the exercises.
That means:
- Everyone drives several different cars
- A change between driver and passenger roles
- Almost identical seat time for everyone
The result is a balanced experience — with no waiting times and no “envy factor”.
Is this a classic driver safety course?
In short: no. Although elements of vehicle dynamics are taught, the focus here is not on classic training but on an experience at the highest level.
The setting, the cars and the momentum of the day create an event that goes far beyond a standard programme.
Where does the event take place?
The event takes place at the Bosch proving ground in Boxberg.
- Close to Heilbronn / Stuttgart
- A central location in southern Germany
- One of the largest and most modern proving grounds in Europe

The site offers perfect conditions for a driving experience that is professional and emotional in equal measure.
How large should the group ideally be?
Our experience over many years shows that the ideal group size is 10 participants (5 cars).
Why?
- Optimum use of the cars
- Almost no waiting time between exercises
- A high share of active driving for every participant
Larger groups are possible — and are then tailored individually.
What does an incentive like this cost?
Transparency matters to us. The event starts from €9,992 net for the group described.
To be budgeted in addition:
- approximately €500–800 fuel allowance (depending on use)
For that you receive a completely organised premium event including cars, coaches, infrastructure and running order.
Can the event be customised?
Yes — and this is exactly where the real added value for companies lies. On request we integrate your branding directly into the event:
- Lanyards and participant kit in your corporate design
- Number plates in the client's branding
- Individual styling on site
That turns the driving event into your own client experience — a genuine “event within the event”.
How do companies use this format?
Many of our clients deliberately extend the experience:
- A dinner together the evening before
- An overnight stay in the region
- A combination of business and experience
For guests travelling from further afield in particular, this creates a two-day experience with lasting effect.
Available dates (selection)
Our Boxberg events take place on selected dates — current details in the event calendar.
Conclusion: experience it rather than explain it
Explaining a car is one thing. Experiencing it under professional conditions is something else entirely. That is exactly where the strength of this format lies.
You create:
- genuine emotion
- intensive time together
- lasting client loyalty
And all of it with a set-up that is perfectly organised and takes minimal effort on your side.

No. Elements of vehicle dynamics are taught — braking from high speed, racing line work, drift and oversteer modules — but the focus is the experience rather than classic training. The proving ground, the cars and the pace of the day are what define the format.
Yes. On request ESC integrates your corporate design into the day: lanyards and participant kit, number plates in the client's branding and individual styling on site. Many clients also add a dinner the evening before and an overnight stay to build a two-day format.
