Right of Withdrawal

We are organizers. The right of withdrawal does not exist if a service is provided in connection with leisure activities and the contract provides for a specific date for the provision, Section 312g (2) No. 9 BGB. Our cancellation conditions can be found in our General terms and conditions.

In accordance with Section 651 s BGB, this trip is covered by insolvency protection, see here.

In accordance with the legal provisions of Section 651 e BGB, you can transfer the package holiday to another person within a reasonable period of time and under certain circumstances of additional costs. In this case, you and the other person are jointly and severally liable for the travel price and any reasonable costs that may arise.

We are responsible for the proper provision of all travel services covered by this contract and provide you with assistance in accordance with our legal obligation (§651q) if you find yourself in difficulty. In accordance with Section 36 of the Consumer Dispute Resolution Act, we inform you that we are not participating in the procedure for extrajudicial dispute resolution.
