If participation in a European Speed Club (ESC) event is cancelled before the start of the event due to an insured event in accordance with the following points, the resulting cancellation fees will be reimbursed by the insurer. — when participating in extreme sports and very risky sports and leisure activities.
— in the event of nuclear reactions, nuclear radiation or radioactive contamination, as well as war, civil war or war-like events.
— in the event of a travel provider's complete cessation of business due to its financial situation, with or without filing for insolvency.
